Review Your Auction Health

Auction Health helps you find lots that may need attention before you complete your auction.

Open Auction Health

  1. Open the auction you want to review.
  2. Select Auction Health or Review Auction.
  3. Review the issues identified by LotJitsu.
  4. Open each affected lot.
  5. Correct or confirm the information.
  6. Return to Auction Health to verify that the issue has been resolved.

Issues Auction Health May Identify

Depending on your auction, LotJitsu may flag:

  • Missing lot numbers
  • Missing photos
  • Missing titles
  • Missing descriptions
  • Incomplete listing information
  • Duplicate or inconsistent information
  • Lots that have not been reviewed

Why Auction Health Matters

Correcting issues before export helps prevent:

  • Missing listings
  • Incorrect lot information
  • Confusing bidder descriptions
  • Extra work during platform import
  • Delays in publishing the auction

Review every flagged item before completing the export.

A Warning Does Not Always Mean the Lot Is Wrong

Some lots may be intentionally brief or unusual. Review the warning and confirm that the listing is accurate before continuing.
