Export Your Auction Package

After you have reviewed your lots and resolved Auction Health issues, you can prepare the auction for export.

Before Exporting

Confirm that:

  • Every lot has the correct number
  • Photos are attached to the correct lots
  • Titles and descriptions have been reviewed
  • Known condition issues are disclosed
  • Auction Health warnings have been addressed
  • You understand any credit use or charge shown on the confirmation screen

Export the Auction

  1. Open the completed auction.
  2. Select Export.
  3. Review the Auction Health results.
  4. Correct any remaining issues.
  5. Continue to the final confirmation.
  6. Review the billing or credit notice.
  7. Confirm the export.
  8. Download the ZIP package when it is ready.

About the ZIP File

The downloaded ZIP file contains the files prepared for your auction.

Do not rename, remove, or reorganize files inside the package unless your auction platform requires you to do so.

Save the Download

After downloading the package, save it somewhere you can easily find, such as:

  • Downloads
  • Desktop
  • Auction Files
  • A folder named for the auction

Keep a copy until the auction has been successfully imported and reviewed on your auction platform.
