Find a Previous Export

Completed export packages remain available from your LotJitsu account.

Open Your Export Archive

  1. Sign in to LotJitsu.
  2. Open the main navigation menu.
  3. Select Exports or Export Archive.
  4. Find the auction you need.
  5. Select the available download option.

Choosing the Correct Export

Check the auction name and export date before downloading.

When an auction has been exported more than once, choose the most recent completed version unless you specifically need an earlier package.

The File Is Not in Your Downloads Folder

Your browser may have saved the ZIP file to another location.

Check:

  • Your browser’s download history
  • The Downloads folder
  • The Desktop
  • Your device’s Files application

You can also return to the Export Archive and download the package again.
