Troubleshoot Common LotJitsu Issues
Try the following steps when LotJitsu is not behaving as expected.
A Photo Will Not Upload
- Confirm that your device is connected to the internet.
- Try the upload again.
- Check that LotJitsu has permission to use your camera or photos.
- Close other applications that may be using the camera.
- Try using a smaller or newly taken photo.
- Refresh LotJitsu and reopen the auction.
Lot Processing Is Taking Too Long
Large photos or a weak internet connection may slow processing.
- Confirm that your internet connection is stable.
- Keep LotJitsu open while the lot is being processed.
- Refresh the lot to check its current status.
- Try processing the lot again if an error message appears.
Avoid repeatedly submitting the same lot while it is still processing.
The Generated Information Is Incorrect
AI-generated titles and descriptions are suggestions.
Open the lot and correct the title or description before approving it. Adding a clearer photo of the label, model number, or identifying feature may also improve the result.
Photos Are Attached to the Wrong Lot
Stop before exporting the auction.
Open the affected lots and correct the photo or lot-number assignment. Review both lots carefully to make sure all photos are in the correct place.
The Camera Does Not Open
Check your browser or device settings and allow camera access for LotJitsu.
You may also take the photo with your device’s regular camera application and upload it from your photo library.
The Page Looks Frozen
- Wait briefly to confirm that an upload or generation process is not still running.
- Refresh the page.
- Sign out and sign back in.
- Reopen the auction.
- Try a different supported browser or device.
An Export Will Not Complete
Confirm that:
- Required lots are complete
- Auction Health issues have been reviewed
- You have enough available lots or Recharge credits
- Any required billing step has been completed
- Your internet connection is stable
