Sign In to Your LotJitsu Account

Sign in with the email address and password connected to your LotJitsu account.

Sign In

1. Open LotJitsu in your browser or from the LotJitsu icon on your device.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Enter your password.
4. Select Sign In.

After signing in, you will be taken to your LotJitsu workspace.

Make Sure You Are Using the Correct Email Address

Use the same email address you entered when creating your account.

If you have more than one business or personal email address, check which address received your original LotJitsu account message.

Your Password Is Not Working

Confirm that:

• Caps Lock is turned off
• There are no extra spaces before or after the password
• You are using the correct email address
• Your browser has not inserted an old saved password

Select Forgot Password when you cannot remember your password.

The Sign-In Page Keeps Reloading

Try the following:

1. Refresh the page.
2. Close and reopen the browser.
3. Confirm that your internet connection is working.
4. Try signing in from a private or incognito browser window.
5. Try another supported browser.
