Reset Your Password

Use the password reset process when you forget your password or can no longer sign in.

Request a Password Reset

  1. Open the LotJitsu sign-in page.
  2. Select Forgot Password.
  3. Enter the email address connected to your account.
  4. Select the option to send the reset message.
  5. Open the email from LotJitsu.
  6. Follow the password reset link.
  7. Create a new password.
  8. Return to LotJitsu and sign in.

The Reset Email Has Not Arrived

Check:

  • Your spam or junk folder
  • Your promotions or updates folder
  • That you entered the correct email address
  • That your mailbox is not full

Wait a few minutes before requesting another reset message.

For security reasons, password reset links may only work for a limited time.

Return to the LotJitsu sign-in page and request a new link.

You No Longer Have Access to Your Email Address

Contact LotJitsu Support at support@lotjitsu.com.

Include your name, business name, and the email address previously connected to the account. Do not send your password.
