Reset Your Password
Use the password reset process when you forget your password or can no longer sign in.
Request a Password Reset
- Open the LotJitsu sign-in page.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address connected to your account.
- Select the option to send the reset message.
- Open the email from LotJitsu.
- Follow the password reset link.
- Create a new password.
- Return to LotJitsu and sign in.
The Reset Email Has Not Arrived
Check:
- Your spam or junk folder
- Your promotions or updates folder
- That you entered the correct email address
- That your mailbox is not full
Wait a few minutes before requesting another reset message.
The Reset Link Has Expired
For security reasons, password reset links may only work for a limited time.
Return to the LotJitsu sign-in page and request a new link.
You No Longer Have Access to Your Email Address
Contact LotJitsu Support at support@lotjitsu.com.
Include your name, business name, and the email address previously connected to the account. Do not send your password.
