Update Your Account Information
Your account information helps LotJitsu identify your workspace and contact you about service-related issues.
Open Your Account
- Sign in to LotJitsu.
- Open the account menu in the upper-right area of the screen.
- Select Account, Profile, or the available account settings option.
Information You May Be Able to Update
Depending on your account settings, you may be able to update:
- Your name
- Business name
- Contact email address
- Password
- Billing information
- Current plan
- Notification preferences
Changing Your Email Address
Use an email address that you regularly check and control.
Changing your account email may affect how you sign in. After the change, use the new email address the next time you access LotJitsu.
Save Your Changes
Select Save, Update, or the available confirmation button before leaving the page.
If your changes do not appear, refresh the page and check again.
