Keep Your LotJitsu Account Secure

Your LotJitsu account may contain auction photos, listing information, export files, and billing details.

Use the following practices to protect it.

Use a Strong Password

Choose a password that:

  • Is not used for another account
  • Is difficult to guess
  • Includes a combination of words, numbers, or symbols
  • Does not include your business name or common personal information

Do Not Share Your Password

Each person who needs access should use an approved account or access method when available.

Avoid sharing one password through email, text message, or handwritten notes.

Sign Out on Shared Devices

Always sign out when using:

  • A shared office computer
  • A borrowed phone or tablet
  • A public computer
  • A device used by temporary staff

Watch for Suspicious Messages

LotJitsu Support will not ask you to send your password or complete credit card number by email.

Do not open unexpected links that claim your account will be immediately closed or suspended.

Change Your Password After Suspicious Activity

Reset your password immediately if:

  • Someone else may know it
  • You signed in on a device you do not trust
  • You notice changes you did not make
  • You receive an unexpected password reset message

Contact LotJitsu Support when you believe someone accessed your account without permission.
