Allow Camera and Photo Access
LotJitsu needs permission to use your camera when taking new photos and permission to view your photo library when uploading existing images.
When Permission Is Requested
Select Allow when your device asks whether LotJitsu can access:
- The camera
- Photos
- The photo library
- Files containing images
You Previously Selected Do Not Allow
Open your device or browser settings and change the permission.
Look for settings related to:
- LotJitsu
- The browser you use for LotJitsu
- Camera access
- Photos or media access
- Website permissions
Set the permission to Allow or the equivalent option.
Camera Access Works in One Browser but Not Another
Permissions are often stored separately for each browser.
Allow camera access in the browser you are currently using.
Use the Regular Camera as an Alternative
When you cannot open the camera from LotJitsu:
- Take the photo with your device’s standard camera application.
- Return to LotJitsu.
- Choose the option to upload an existing photo.
- Select the correct image from your photo library.
