Report a Problem or Suggest an Improvement
User feedback helps the LotJitsu team identify issues and improve the product.
Report a Problem
Email support@lotjitsu.com and include:
- Your name
- Your account email address
- The auction name
- The affected lot number
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- The exact error message
- Your device and browser
- A screenshot when possible
Describe the Steps
List the actions that happened before the problem.
Example:
- I opened the July Estate Auction.
- I created Lot 118.
- I added three photos.
- I selected Finish.
- The lot remained on Analyzing Photos for more than 10 minutes.
Clear steps help the support team understand and reproduce the issue.
Suggest an Improvement
When suggesting a feature, explain:
- The task you are trying to complete
- How you handle it today
- What makes the current process difficult
- What you would expect LotJitsu to do
- How often the issue occurs
Separate Urgent Problems from Suggestions
Clearly state when an issue is preventing you from completing an active auction.
Use a separate section in the message for optional suggestions or ideas.
